Shipping & Returns

Hapoo takes pride in complete customer satisfaction. We are proud to offer international shipping with an estimated delivery time.

Hapoo offers a 14-day return policy. The 14 days begin on the day of receiving the order. We do not offer refunds, all returns are eligible to exchange or store credit. To prevent dissatisfaction with your order, please remember to always check our size charts as each designer's size may vary.

To be eligible for exchange or store credit, please contact us within 48 hours of reception.

To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be in the same condition that it was sent. The items cannot be worn, washed, or used, and the tags cannot be taken off. The products must be in their original packaging. You will also need to include the packaging slip inside.

The following items are not eligible for exchanges or store credit for sanitary reasons, quality assurance etc. Beds, Pet Stairs, Grooming Products, Grooming Tools, Treats, Sale/Clearance/Discounted Products, Carriers, Custom made furniture, custom made products hair accessories and blankets.

Hapoo reserves the right to refuse an item if the item is damaged, used, has no packaging or removed tags.

To proceed with our return policy please email us at sales@hapoo.ca. Please include the order number, date of purchase, item name, your full name & shipping address. Please note you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
